We work to make product information, pricing, availability, images, shipping details, and policy content accurate, but errors, omissions, or outdated information may occur. We may correct errors, update information, change pricing, or cancel affected orders when allowed by law.

Products and Services

Link Tap sells physical NFC-enabled cards, stands, and bundles that can be programmed to open a customer-provided online destination. Product details, pricing, availability, and features may change at any time before purchase.

Product Display

We try to display product photos, colors, dimensions, and descriptions accurately. Actual products may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, product updates, production differences, or normal variations in physical goods.

Customer Setup Information

If you select Link Tap programming, you are responsible for providing accurate setup details, including the destination link, business information, shipping address, and any notes needed to prepare your order. Link Tap is not responsible for delays, incorrect programming, or delivery issues caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information provided by the customer.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Link Tap products for unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or malicious content. You may not program products to destinations that contain malware, phishing pages, illegal content, deceptive claims, or content that violates another person or business's rights. Link Tap may refuse, cancel, or stop supporting an order if the requested destination appears unsafe, unlawful, or abusive.

Third-Party Platforms

Link Tap products may direct users to third-party websites or platforms such as review pages, social profiles, booking tools, menus, forms, or business websites. Link Tap does not control those platforms and is not responsible for their availability, policies, outages, account restrictions, review moderation, search ranking, or changes to their features.

Optional Tools and Third-Party Services

The site may use third-party tools and services, including Stripe for payment processing and other services for shipping, tax, hosting, analytics, email, or support. These third-party services are provided under their own terms and policies. Link Tap is not responsible for third-party tools, websites, outages, content, or transactions outside Link Tap's control.

Compatibility

NFC tap behavior can vary by phone model, operating system, browser, case thickness, phone settings, placement of the product, and the destination website. Most modern iPhone and Android devices support NFC, but Link Tap does not guarantee compatibility with every device, case, network, or user setting.

Orders, Payments, Taxes, and Shipping

Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees may be added at checkout. You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout. Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment fails, payment is disputed, selected programming details are missing, or the order cannot be fulfilled.

Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and any selected setup information for all orders. You are responsible for making sure your email address, phone number, shipping address, and any business link submitted for programming are correct so we can process and fulfill your order.

Custom and Programmed Items

Link Tap products may be programmed for a specific business or destination link. Because setup work may begin shortly after purchase, order changes are not guaranteed. Refunds and replacements are handled according to the Refund Policy.

No Guaranteed Business Results

Link Tap products are designed to make customer actions easier, but Link Tap does not guarantee a specific number of reviews, leads, sales, taps, search ranking improvements, customer responses, or business outcomes.

User Submissions and Feedback

If you submit reviews, feedback, suggestions, photos, messages, setup notes, or other content to Link Tap, you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of that content. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, obscene, harmful, or malicious. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you allow Link Tap to use feedback or suggestions to improve products and services without compensation.

Intellectual Property

The Link Tap name, logo, website design, product copy, and brand materials belong to Link Tap or its owner. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or misuse Link Tap branding, website content, or product materials without written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site or products to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, harass or harm others, submit false or misleading information, distribute malware, scrape or interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, spam or phish, collect personal information without permission, or direct Link Tap products to unsafe, deceptive, unlawful, or abusive destinations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and products are provided to the fullest extent permitted by law on an "as is" and "as available" basis except as expressly stated in writing. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or always available, or that any product will produce a specific business result.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Link Tap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from product use, delayed shipping, third-party platform issues, device incompatibility, incorrect customer-provided links, or business results. Link Tap's maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product involved in that claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Link Tap harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site or products, your submitted content or destination links, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and the remaining terms will remain in effect.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or refuse service if we believe you violated these terms, misused the site, submitted unsafe setup information, disputed payment improperly, or created risk for Link Tap or others. Obligations that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service and the policies linked on the site form the agreement between you and Link Tap for use of the site and purchase of products. Any failure by Link Tap to enforce a right or provision does not waive that right or provision.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

Link Tap may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or products after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
