Refund Policy

We want your Link Tap product to arrive correctly, work as expected, and be ready for your business. This policy explains how refunds, replacements, and order issues are handled.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact Link Tap within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video when possible. After review, Link Tap may offer a replacement, repair, reprogramming help, store credit, or refund.
Programmed and Custom Orders
Link Tap products may be programmed with a customer-provided destination link or prepared for a specific business use. Because custom setup work may begin after purchase, completed or programmed orders are generally not refundable unless there is a product defect, fulfillment error, or other issue approved by Link Tap.
Customer-Provided Link Issues
Refunds are not guaranteed for issues caused by incorrect, broken, changed, restricted, private, suspended, or unavailable links provided by the customer. If you provide the wrong link, contact Link Tap as soon as possible and we will try to help before the order is shipped or completed.
Compatibility Issues
NFC behavior can vary by device, phone settings, phone case, operating system, browser, and placement. Link Tap will help troubleshoot reasonable compatibility concerns, but refunds are not guaranteed when a product works on compatible devices and the issue is caused by a specific device, case, setting, or third-party platform.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation or change requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Requests are not guaranteed once setup, programming, packaging, or shipping has started. If an order has already shipped, it may need to be handled under the return process.
Returns
If Link Tap approves a return, the item must be returned in its original condition unless the issue is damage or defect. Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a Link Tap error or approved product issue. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Link Tap.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on Stripe, the payment network, and the customer's bank. Link Tap cannot control bank processing times after a refund is submitted.
Non-Refundable Items and Fees
Rush fees, completed custom setup, shipping charges, taxes, and payment processing costs may be non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Link Tap.
