This Shipping Policy explains how Link Tap prepares and ships physical NFC cards, stands, and bundles.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is currently $4.99 for eligible U.S. orders placed through the website. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment is submitted. Shipping rates may change at any time before purchase.
Processing Time
Most orders are packaged, inspected by hand, and prepared to ship within 1 business day after payment is received. If Link Tap programming is selected, the business link and any setup notes must be provided before the order can be prepared. Orders with missing, unclear, unsafe, or incorrect programming details may be delayed.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier, destination, holidays, weather, service disruptions, and other factors outside Link Tap's control. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.
Shipping Locations
Link Tap currently supports shipping to addresses in the United States through the website checkout. Orders outside supported shipping areas may be canceled or require a custom arrangement.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a label is created. Carrier tracking information is controlled by the carrier.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Link Tap is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to customer-provided address errors. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If tracking shows a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier. Link Tap will review reasonable delivery issues, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If an item arrives damaged, contact Link Tap within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so the issue can be reviewed under the Refund Policy.
Order Holds
Link Tap may hold an order if payment review, fraud review, missing setup details, unsafe destination links, or shipping address questions need to be resolved before fulfillment.
